Techsupport will do what we can to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, however your help is needed in order to allow us to properly prioritize requests. For this reason, email requests for techsupport should include a description of the problem, and an indication of how urgent the request is. For example, a request of the form: "I can't get to the webpage", is less likely to get a formative response than: "I am trying to access the webpage www.university.edu/page, and I get the 404 page not found error message, though I know the page exists. This matter is urgent, because of a paper deadline tomorrow".
